This mod changes the vanilla HUD into something I would consider a much simpler and cleaner version of the HUD, it also removes perk icons next to the bar for health and stamina from showing up on the screen, all perks should now appear under "Player" tab under the "Buffs" section in your "Inventory".
It is a simple HUD that removes all unnecessary information. It is more of a status bar that displays the most important information about your current status.
